Manager, Client Strategy

Location:

Job Summary:

Targeted Victory is looking for individuals to work on the Political/Fundraising team to help coordinate and execute digital strategy for the country’s top campaigns and committees on the Right. Individuals must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven, campaign-style work environment and be able coordinate with internal product teams to achieve client objectives. Attention to detail, time management and experience managing clients, or similar principals, are must haves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the political and fundraising teams to execute strategic fundraising and/or digital marketing campaigns for a wide spectrum of clients
  • Assist senior team members in the development and execution of campaign plans, including fundraising, creative/production, and social media projects
  • Draft fundraising and digital marketing materials, including email copy, ad copy, content calendars, production story boards
  • Prepare and present client-facing reports and memos
  • Manage fundraising, media, and digital operational budgets
  • Oversee technical projects, such as website edits or maintenance of Targeted Victory’s products/product partners, through direct client communications and team coordination
  • Understand and comply with agency operations and procedures (e.g. new contracts, invoicing)
  • Act as client lead and oversee day-to-day activities for multiple clients with the assistance of several support team members

Associate, Public Affairs Operations

Location:

Job Summary:

Targeted Victory is looking for an individual to work on the Operations team to support our Public Affairs practice as the company continues to grow in this area. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, with great communication skills, keen attention to detail, great time management, and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal teams to achieve administrative objectives within Public Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read through prospective client contracts and run point on flagging comments, asserting redlines, and
    consulting outside counsel as necessary
  • Work with the Public Affairs account leads as well as the company’s Accounting Team to help streamline
    the monthly invoicing process
  • Own communications with clients’ procurement teams and the supplier onboarding process as new
    clients get onboarded
  • Data entry and ensure data integrity in Salesforce of all new and existing business opportunities,
    assisting the Finance Team in revenue forecasting and the New Business Team in keeping track of all
    pipeline opportunities
  • Support the leadership team within Public Affairs by keeping a pulse on the team’s bandwidth across
    client accounts, have rolling awareness of staffing needs, and serve as a single point of contact between
    the Public Affairs leadership team and its supporting staff
  • Assist the New Business Team in tracking all proposal related projects and at times contributing to the
    proposal work
  • Proofread memos and proposals before they are submitted externally
  • Help Public Affairs account leads manage big project budgets and communicate updates on a regular basis to the Finance Team

IT Specialist

needs as our company experiences rapid growth. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work

mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer
    hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
  • Help staff troubleshoot day-to-day hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery options
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, or other network and system problems, and replace
    defective components when necessary
  • Manage the company’s SaasOps initiatives, managing file security, insider threat protections, and least
    privilege access to reduce company and user security risks
  • Coordinate and implement network security measures to protect data, software and hardware
  • Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or
    software requirements related to such changes
  • Train staff on the correct use of hardware and software, especially as we onboard new software company-
    wide
  • Keep to up to date with best practices in IT administration and create memos and trainings for staff on
    best practices when it comes to IT security and practicing safe internet habits
  • Provide support for events and meetings, both internally during all-staffs and for meetings with clients
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues related to Zoom Rooms in our conference rooms

Position Requirements:

The Marketing Database Administrator plays a key role by overseeing the organization, integrity, and security of our data. You will be involved in the planning and development of our data systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues on behalf of our teams.

Our data is connected across our marketing technology stack, and because of this, you will gain experience in working with a data warehouse, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Datorama, and other world class platforms. This position will require the individual to possess strong writing skills and demonstrated ability to develop content that reflects the ideas, products and services, and company messages of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compose a wide variety of content including, but not limited to, fact sheets, press releases, talking points, backgrounders
  • Become familiar with each client’s requirements and the company’s brand image, products, and services
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
  • Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the team to schedule strategic rollout of content
  • Provide new ideas and strategies for effective content
  • Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications or related
  • 2-4 years of experience as a content writer
