Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the fundraising teams in developing fundraising plans for our client base. This includes building out models that drive accurate outputs and understanding in detail the assumptions that drive these models.

Manager, IT Platforms

Job Summary:

Targeted Victory is looking for a technology manager who will oversee the maintenance and implementation regarding part of Targeted Victory’s technology stack.   • Review media plans to ensure the channels and units included are best-suited to drive desired user behavior
  • Monitor all traffic with client teams and identify any additional in-platform audiences for consideration
  • Assess all advertising destination URLs for user experience, with a particular eye on quality and relevance scores for paid search

  • Conduct insightful and regularly refreshed needs assessment for all political client teams
  • Identify key stakeholders and their top influencers, assess the likely media consumption habits of each, and ensure this analysis is reflected in all media plans

Key Responsibilities:

This individual must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail, an eye for design, and a knack for writing. Applicant must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write copy for content across various mediums (e.g. email, social, website, etc.) 
  • Brainstorm and generate both written and visual digital content for clients  
  • Create weekly performance reports for clients across email, advertising, website, etc. 
  • Place advertising campaigns across various ad networks including Google, Facebook and Twitter and monitor performance to inform optimization decisions  
  • Handle multiple projects at a time while meeting client deadlines 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of experience in Public Affairs, Marketing, Communications or related degree;
