Alberto leverages more than two decades of experience in high-stakes political and public affairs campaigns to provide senior strategic counsel to some of the world’s biggest brands. Prior to joining Targeted Victory, Alberto served as chief of staff to United States Senator Marco Rubio and as a senior advisor to Senator Rubio for nearly a decade. Martinez also played senior roles in three presidential campaigns as well as several high-profile gubernatorial and senate races. In 2017, Alberto joined Targeted Victory to help found its public affairs and corporate practice. Since then, he has played an integral role in helping scale the company by leading high-impact campaigns for Fortune 100 companies and non-profits. Alberto was elected to the National Board of Maverick PAC and is a previous MavPac 40 under 40 award winner, Huffington Post “40 under 40 in Latino Politics,” and the first Cuban-American to serve as a chief of staff in the United States Senate. Alberto also served as an on-set technical advisor to the Emmy®️ award-winning HBO series “Succession.” Alberto resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife and two children.
