Brian rejoined Targeted Victory in 2023 after working on the Tim Scott for America campaign and the Marco Rubio for Senate re-elect, where he oversaw digital fundraising, advertising, and marketing efforts. Prior to this, he worked on Capitol Hill and at a government relations firm. Originally from Florida, Brian earned his bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Florida State University.
