Originally from Connecticut, Devin earned her degree from the University of South Carolina. She began her career on Senator Lindsey Graham’s campaign finance team and subsequently held fundraising roles with the Republican State Leadership Committee. She later served on Senator Tim Scott’s presidential campaign, focusing on operations and compliance. At Targeted Victory, Devin is a member of the general consulting team, specializing in managing challenging races and advancing efforts to flip and defend competitive seats.
