Jessie leads the Partnerships program on our Outside Groups team. She draws on her extensive background in polling and data to craft persuasion, voter contact, and get out the vote efforts for a wide variety of clients. Prior to joining Targeted Victory, Jessie was the Polling Director at the NRSC, where she oversaw polling and data efforts in 18 Senate races. She also served as the Director of Political Operations and Deputy Polling Director at the NRSC in the 2018 cycle.
