After graduating from Bucknell University in 2021, Manning started her career at Targeted Victory as an Analyst. Since then, she has worked on numerous House and Senate races, including Senator Marco Rubio's record-setting reelection campaign. Manning focuses on voter contact projects in swing states and advises on non-profit fundraising efforts.
