Caroline assists with field team management and digital ad creation. She has experience with earned media, creative execution, social media, and advocacy. She earned a Master of Public Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Southern California. Prior to Targeted Victory, she worked at FleishmanHillard and for Rep. French Hill. In her free time, Caroline enjoys working out, traveling, and trying new DC restaurants.
