Gerald received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2021 with an academic focus on U.S. Government and Homeland Security. After graduating, he worked on Glenn Youngkin’s successful campaign for Governor and joined Targeted Victory in March 2022. In his free time, Gerald enjoys film photography, live music, and rec sports leagues.
