Jennifer joins Targeted Victory from the 2024 Tim Scott for America Presidential Campaign, where she led the presidential bid as Campaign Manager. Prior to that, she ran Senator Tim Scott's senate office as his Chief of Staff. During this time, she oversaw the creation and implementation of Senator Scott's historic opportunity zones legislation that led to $48 billion invested in nearly 4,000 zones in low income communities across the U.S. Jennifer was the first African American Republican Chief of Staff and the first female African American Chief of Staff on either side of the aisle in the Senate. She also served as the first woman of color Republican Presidential Campaign Manager. She is originally from Colorado and is a University of Michigan Law School alum.
