In her time with Targeted Victory, Caeli has managed and provided thought leadership for dozens of House, Senate, and gubernatorial digital programs, and led the Political Client Strategy team. Prior to joining TV in 2017, Caeli was a press secretary on Capitol Hill. A native of Colorado, Caeli loves hiking, skiing, hanging with her dog Jackson, and talking up the Denver Broncos to anyone who will listen.
