Julia joined Targeted Victory in 2022 after spending thirteen years as a stay-at-home mom. Prior to that, she worked in the Bush 43 administration, both at the White House and the Department of Education. Julia received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from TCU. She is a true crime and Real Housewives enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with her two teenage sons and their dog.
