I came to Targeted Victory after leaving Capitol Hill, unsure of how long I would stay. However, once I learned the fundamentals, I realized what this place really offered: unmatched opportunity to learn tactics and strategy across all things digital. The challenges here are constant. The only question is whether you're willing to take them on. Six years later, I'm on my fourth election cycle, now as a Vice President of Client Strategy, helping my team problem solve and deliver wins for some of the largest organizations in Republican fundraising.

I joined Targeted Victory in 2016 as an Analyst on the Client Strategy team, excited to dive into meaningful work. Later, I transitioned to what started as a one-person operation on Prospecting, which has since evolved into a dynamic 14-person team that I've had the privilege to build and lead. Today, I serve as Executive Vice President, overseeing our Prospecting technology, segmentation, and operations.

I joined Targeted Victory as a brand-new graphic designer, eager to learn and grow. Within two years, I advanced to Senior Designer, and just a year and a half later, I stepped into the role of Art Director. Today, I lead a talented team of nine designers and oversee creative for a diverse portfolio of corporate and political clients. From developing brand direction for new accounts to guiding complex, high-impact campaigns, I've had the opportunity to grow my skills and leadership through every stage of my career here.
