Jay earned his bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College, and his master’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University. During his studies, Jay held internships at the International Republican Institute and the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy. In his free time, Jay enjoys walking, reading, and trying new restaurants.
