An Iowa native, Aaron began his political career working for the Iowa GOP leading up to the 2016 first-in-the-nation caucuses. Aaron later served as Communications Director for the state party during the 2020 election cycle, built out communications operations for two freshman members of Congress, and worked as a Press Secretary in the Senate. Most recently, he served as a political appointee at the U.S. Department of Labor, helping oversee department-wide public affairs strategy. Aaron graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, where he earned his B.A. in Politics and Economics.
