Celia leads media planning and buying at Targeted Victory, helping clients reach the right audiences in the markets that matter most. She plans and executes cross-channel campaigns that include everything from local publications to sponsored podcast interviews, and influencer partnerships. She’s led dozens of corporate, congressional, gubernatorial, and senate paid media campaigns. Prior to joining Targeted Victory in 2020, Celia served as press secretary on the 2019 Louisiana gubernatorial race and held various roles in campaigns up and down the east coast. A Massachusetts native, Celia loves spending time with her dog, Holly, her horse, Banks, and baking copious amounts of bread.
