He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in History from the George Washington University. During his time at GW, Cliff gained experience through internships in political communications and public affairs, including roles with CPAC, the Heritage Foundation, and the American Association of Port Authorities. In his free time, Cliff enjoys playing guitar and rugby, working out, and visiting new countries.
