Connie brings over 25 years of experience advising Members of Congress, Fortune 100 companies and running integrated public affairs and corporate communications campaigns. Connie oversees Targeted Victory’s corporate practice which includes the firm’s strategic communications, hyperlocal, public affairs and digital advocacy verticals. She also serves as a strategic advisor to a number of the firm’s corporate clients. Prior to joining Targeted Victory, she spent eight years at Burson Marsteller (now Burson), where she served in a variety of senior roles including CEO of Direct Impact, the firm's hyperlocal practice. At Burson, she served on the firm’s U.S. Leadership team and managed a number of key clients, including FedEx, McDonald’s, Qualcomm, and Mattel. Her career includes over a decade on Capitol Hill, senior roles at two technology trade associations, and a political appointee in the Bush Administration. Partoyan was awarded the PR News Top Women in PR award. She lives in Alexandria, VA, with her husband, teenage son, and two dogs.
