Heather helps to lead the creative department at Targeted Victory, overseeing both the graphic design and project management teams. She partners across the agency to build and evolve brands for political and corporate clients, while visually directing high-impact campaigns that connect with audiences and drive results. Outside of work, Heather enjoys baking pastries, scouting the coolest new restaurants around D.C., and strolling through art museums.
