Prior to joining Targeted Victory, Jessica worked at Assembly Global, another Stagwell company, and, during the last election cycle, she was part of the TV Data team. Jessica earned her bachelor's degree in Economics from American University in Washington, D.C. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art, playing video games, and watching anime and cartoons.
