Kelsey started her career at Targeted Victory in 2021. Before joining TV, she was at Echelon Insights and the Data Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee in the 2018 election cycle. At the NRCC, she was the first woman to lead a data department at a Republican party committee. In 2016, Kelsey also served as Data and Analytics Director for Senator Kelly Ayotte’s re-election effort in New Hampshire, where she spearheaded all voter targeting efforts. Kelsey lives in Alexandria with her husband and two dogs, Moose and Maggie.
