Lily joined Targeted Victory in 2021 and has worked as a fundraiser and strategist for a host of committees, PACs, and nonprofits. Prior to Targeted Victory, Lily worked for several years at another agency focusing on direct mail & high-dollar fundraising programs for candidates & non-profits.
