Nora joined Targeted Victory in November 2021. In her role, she oversees payroll and benefits for the organization. Nora earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, along with a minor in Art, from Radford University in 2019. Outside of her work, Nora is passionate about various creative pursuits, including painting and occasionally offering her skills as a licensed cosmetologist.
