A veteran of six presidential campaigns and former Executive Director of the South Carolina Republican Party, he has managed and placed over $250 million in digital media. In addition to leading campaigns, Ryan helps shape the next generation of strategists as an adjunct professor at George Washington University, where he teaches the use of digital media in public affairs.
