Ryan brings nearly two decades of experience advising presidential candidates, members of Congress, governors, and Fortune 50 companies on messaging, media relations, and crisis communications. A veteran of three presidential campaigns, Ryan served as a senior spokesman for then-Governor Mitt Romney’s 2008 and 2012 presidential campaigns. He also served as communications director of the New Hampshire Republican Party and on Senator John E. Sununu’s (R-NH) 2008 re-election campaign. In 2018, Ryan joined Targeted Victory to help expand its public affairs and corporate business. Prior to joining the firm, Williams worked at FP1 Strategies as a Senior Vice President. Williams, a Massachusetts native, is a graduate of Boston College. He currently resides in Palm Beach, FL.
