Prior to Targeted Victory, Sarah worked as a senior digital strategist for the White House’s Office of Digital Strategy, where she led cross-channel content campaigns on political and policy issues. She also designed the White House’s social media listening program, providing real-time reporting on social chatter and trends for the President and senior leadership. Before that, she worked for a Washington-based digital consultancy, and Zenith, a marketing and advertising agency in New York. She has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from The George Washington University and currently lives in Washington, D.C.
