Sarah spent her first two years at Targeted Victory on the Texting team, helping to send millions of text messages out every day. She assisted in the merger of the P2P and House SMS teams, and took over some House SMS duties after the merger. She was involved in the segmentation process, new client 10DLC & Short Code registration, Short Code migration, and assisted with SMS QA & troubleshooting before her move to the Operations team. Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington in 2021. In her free time, you'll find her exploring new video games, baking artisan breads, or gliding through the streets on her roller skates.
